Scott-Arthur Allen Professional Bio

Scott-Arthur Allen has had a professional entertainment career rich in variety, success and peer recognition.
A successful talent manager, actor, acting coach and casting director have filled his 35 plus years in the industry. He is the founder and owner of Gentle-Force Artists Group in Los Angeles and Springfield Missouri and is the immediate past president of the prestigious Talent Managers Association in Los Angeles. He was also selected to serve on the Executive Council for the National Association of Artists Managers (NAAM).
As an acting coach, he founded the Creative Actors Workshop 33 years ago in Los Angeles and now has classes in Springfield and St Louis, Missouri. Through the years he has coached numerous stars. Among them, Heather Locklear-Spin City, Dynasty, Tea Leoni-Jurassic Park III, Deep Impact, Sela Ward-Sisters, Once and Again, Lisa Hartman Black-2000 Malibu Road, Knots Landing, Kimberlyn Brown-Dual Roles-The Young & The Restless and The Bold & The Beautiful and many others.
Earlier in his career, as an actor, he starred in numerous television shows and films. He had a recurring role on the series Emergency and Guest Starred on Bionic Woman, Baretta, The Young and The Restless, Chips and many more.
Since moving to Missouri, he has become active in the local film community and has been committed to locally made films. He was elected president of the newly formed Missouri Film Alliance of Springfield. As the President he has taken on the task of attracting filmmakers from outside our state to the Springfield area as well as the rest of Missouri. He recognizes the need to enlighten our State Government and Missouri Citizens regarding the financial benefits that outside film productions can bring. Missouri is falling behind other state's that have adopted aggressive Tax Incentive programs designed to encourage outside film production. Because these tax credits come from new sources of funds, they do not take away funding from other programs. What industry do you know has the potential to put hundreds of millions of dollars into our state's economy within two years? Costing nothing to enact? Filmmaking can.
